CYC Information

This year the theme for CYC is "Hooked" - the topics planned sound awesome and we hope you are excited and making plans to join us. Some changes have been made to the planning of this years CYC trip. It is important that you read over this page before signing-up for the trip.

We are overjoyed that each year the number of participants from the Kenova congregation grows and it is a great challenge to have to work to facilitate transportation, lodging, and how to feed that many people and get everyone shuttled around. As you probably know each year we have an even larger obstacle to overcome and that is - those who sign up and later are hindered from joining us. This has led us, with the elders guidance, to make the following changes to the sign up process:

• This year everyone who signs up to attend CYC MUST purchase their ticket(s).
• You will not be fully registered to attend until you pay for your ticket(s)!
• As always this is a youth event a preference for accomodations at the lodge will be given first and foremost to youth attending.
• A meeting to discuss further trip information will be announced.
